Over 200 employees from the IT Department of Tractor Supply flexed their right brain muscles and worked together to create this one-of-a-kind collaborative mural.
Local artist, Kristi McDougal, created the original bucolic pastoral scene. Employees bravely painted their tiny canvases, copying from what we gave them…having no idea what their simple lines and blobs of color would ultimately reveal.
Employees at Tractor Supply “go the country mile” every day, and they are the foundation of the company’s success. TSC had each participant write down what they felt was their most significant accomplishment in the past year on those little wooden people….created by local artist, Marcus Williams, of One Man, One Garage. These area attached to the back of the canvase, providing the foundation for the collaborative mural.
